In an article in "Foreign Affairs", doctor Zarrif pointed the "quick progress in negotiations" and hoped having a possible solution to nuclear tensions.
"I think we have a common real perspective but as I stated before, all of us are sincere in negotiations. We are all bound to make this agreement.
But does it mean that this is going to happen? I have no idea.
Could we all make difficult decisions? I don’t know.
I don’t think none of us can answer these questions decisively."
